From the Rainforests of Hawaii to the Deserts of Arizona

Our restaurant is introducing Pacific Rim cuisine to Mesa, AZ.

In a landlocked state like Arizona, you can't find good seafood and sushi just anywhere. But luckily, a Hawaiian restaurant is coming to Mesa, AZ. Pacific Rim and Sushi serves fresh, flavorful dishes from a mobile kitchen.

Our head chef grew up on the island of Kauai, where he was introduced to the flavors of the Pacific Rim at a young age. He received formal culinary training in Oregon, and from there began serving Pacific Rim cuisine in the Pacific Northwest.

Look for our local food truck around town starting in January 2022.

The Pacific Rim refers to countries that border the Pacific Ocean, including...

  • Thailand
  • Japan


As a result, the cuisine of this region focuses on seafood, tropical fruits and Asian spices.

Hawaii is one of the few U.S. states that's located along the Pacific Rim. Our head chef, who is half Hawaiian, is excited to share his heritage and Hawaiian take-out food with residents of Mesa, AZ and surrounding areas.
